Patient group report

Describe a group of patients in plain English. In seconds you get a report on what treatments they start, how long they wait, and what happens next. Every number comes with the code that made it.

Built on insurance claims, the bills doctors and pharmacies send to insurers. All of it is made up here: 40,000 invented patients from 2023 to 2025.

How it works

  1. Claude reads your question. It fills in a cohort definition and may only pick conditions and drugs from a fixed code list. It writes down every choice it made, so you can see how it read you.
  2. The query engine writes the SQL. The same code turns any definition into the same set of queries. Claude never writes SQL and never produces a number.
  3. DuckDB runs the SQL in your browser. Every count comes from that SQL. Counts from 1 to 10 are hidden, the usual rule for claims data.

The definition check runs the same question with stricter and looser rules, because two analysts can define the same disease differently and get different counts.

What it does not do yet: real code lists (this one has 7 conditions and 30 drugs), lab results, or hospital claims. Doctor IDs and every patient are invented.
